Help with tuning QF 750 AN, on ford 347

Trying to learn how to tune better. Have read way too many posts at this point but still have some questions I hope yall can help with.
Specs
347 ford
World products iron heads from the 90's with 1.94/2.02 valves, 200cc runners that have been smoothed out. Valves are stock cut, un shrouded too about 85%
Edelbrok performer rpm, no air gap from the 90s with 1" 4hole spacer
16:1 rockers
Cam is comp xe 282hr installed dot to dot
565/574 lift
Duration@50 232/240
112Lsa
Long tube headers that are less than optimal
3300Lb car
Tko600
373 gear
Timing is at 16* with 18* mech. All in by 3k currently limiting vac to 6*

Carb specs
35 squirter with pink can on 2 properly adjusted.
67main
72 secondary
9.5 power valve with .054-56 restrictions
.072 iab
.038 ifr
Rear has a 71 iab and 33 ifr
Transfer slots were set at .020

Reason for the difference front and rear is I had an off idle stumble and was trying to keep the cruse afr up around 14.
Ifr's have been moved to the bottom on all 4 corners. Mettering blocks have 3 emulsion holes, top is 22, middle is blocked, bottom is 28. Thoes are rough numbers. Need to re check them now that I have drills.

My current question is what would cause the lean spikes between 2300 and 2800? It also happens under full throttle, and when just driving normal. I Suspect it may be the blocked off middle emulsion hole but wanted some more experienced opinions.

Bottom pic is where im at with the idle and transfer circuit just for reference

Just trying to help since you've seen no responses. I'm no pro or expert, but you might want to read through this link as the guys who wrote it are. It covers a few things that may get you moving in the right direction and possibly turn on a light bulb or two.
