E85 4150 tunnel ram tuning

I am trying to get a new tunnel ram setup lined out and ran it for the 1st time last night . According to racepak afr data it is way lean on the tbrake and lean at the bottom of every gear. It does richen up at the top of every gear. Here are the specs:
376 ls3 10.2 to 1 7500 rpm max
Msd dig 7/crank trigger 29.5 degrees timing
Holley hi ram/ported with Reher Morrison shear plates
Holley 750 xp body/ 1.38 Venturi/ 1.68 throttle blade
Billet 5 hole emulsion metering blocks
Iab .057/ifr .038 - low location
Mab .031 mj Holley 93
Kill bleed .024 /emulsion .028 plug .028 plug plug
Hollley down leg booster /channel .180
Metering block booster channel .176
Racepak data:
Tbrake 5450 rpm 1.15 lambda
1st gear starts at 1.02 and ends at .090
2nd gear starts at 1.09 and ends at .090
3rd gear starts at 1.11 and ends at .096.
What would be a good place to start on the main air bleed and main jet ?

So I guess no one knows about e85 tunnel ram tuning? Well I guess I will use the trial error method and eventually figure it out. I will go up to a .033 main air bleed/96 jet and see how that looks.

Here's something that worked on the last 750 I was asked to fix (name built carb).

As received hsab 32
E stack 32 plug 32 - 32- 32
84- 96 jet
Changed to hsab 28

E stack 14 plug 18--22 plug
92 jet square

This setup I used was from a dyno test posted years ago by these guys. When the carb was tested against his gas 750 it produced 1 hp less but 30 lbs more torque. My 1050 tunnel ram setups (got 2 ) use 24-25 hsab and two 18-22 emulsions only. As many will or should tell you E85 wants a lot less emulsion air than gas.

and, my lambda runs 75-76 on launch to 80-82 with lean spike on hi gear shift then back flat till I lift.

Can you make some smaller emulsion bleeds? something around .020?

No weight, no camshaft, no SLR or final drive ratios, no tire size, with no time slip and maybe 29* locked out, and a loose converter.

Sounds like it cuts the grass just fine for what you are trying to do.

Without specifics, it's all just speculation. Power to weight is an important factor, camshaft, tq converter stall to tq ratio, starting line ratio, and final drive ratio, all apply to the mechanical efficiencies. Tuning a light car and a heavy car are two completely different scenarios. Load on the power plant, is a major factor in all the calculations.

Don't fear the gear.
