E85 conversion HP1000 with annular boosters

Hey all, trying to work out if converting my annular booster HP1000 to ethanol is doable with some E85 blocks I have.
I originally bought the blocks as a kit to convert a meth dominator I was going to try but I'm thinking this will be the lesser of two evils, avoiding adapters, holes in the hood and such.
The engine is a 427 sbf 12.5 comp 7k rpm in a basic small tyre nitrous car.
The main body is a 1.56? venturi.
1 3/4 throttle plates.
The normal red 12 hole annular boosters with a .176 booster channel which I measured with a nice fitting drill bit and callipers.
The angle channel is also 0.176, I didn't dig any further into the block in case that angle channel size is off for what I'm doing.
Black 5 hole emulsion blocks, originally supplied as part of a 1050 dom conversion kit'
The work required for appropriate sized bleeds/restrictions isn't an issue.
If it is doable with these blocks can anyone ball park me on jets/bleeds/restrictions/emulsion positions to get me a good runner for the dyno day.
I've read through miles of posts as the subject peaks my interest but found nothing referencing these annular boosters.

I was scouring the old site for hours and posted this there without realising there was a new site. Any guidance appreciated.

I would start with a .046 bit for idle feed, number 56, and down at the bottom. Might require threading. Idle air bleed start with 65, .026 for main air bleed. Start with a Holley 90 jet with annulars. Whose blocks are you using, do they require a headed bleed or can you use a set screw?

Black blocks from HPI. Set screws 6/32 already in emulsion and lower idle feed locations. Should I do restrictors for the transfers slots in the 4150 body, if so, whats a good start? Also on emulsion, these have 2 holes of the 5 at I think .026.

Don't use t-slot restrictions with a stock Holley or BLP base, slots are small enough they don't need it. I like small emulsion with E85, especially if it has a .026 or larger kill bleed.

Thanks Mark. On small emulsion, I'm keen to try your 14 18 22 set up I read up in the old Motorsports Village post. Is it worth the effort while I'm in there? I don't mind doing the work if it's a benefit. Again relating to the different draw on my annulars vs the down legs you guys tested on that dyno session.

Gains from emulsion changes are small when it's close to ideal. But it depends if small gains are worth it to you.
