I have a Holley 950 street hp
https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_sy ... /0-82951SA
Looks to be 850 size venturi and throttle bore.
Oem spec 84 main jets both primary and secondary.
Primary 4.5 powervalve secondary blocked.
25 high speed air bleeds both primary and secondary.
74 idle air bleeds both primary and secondary.
Ifr is located low from Holley.
Carb is going on my BB Chevy
454
10:1 in comp
Hyd roller 238 250@050 .650 .625 107 ls
Brodix race rite 270 CNC ovals
Edelbrock rpm air gap
Msd ignition

So I plan to change the powervalve to 6.5 and main jets to 82 primary and 90 secondary.
Should I leave the air bleeds or go with 28 high and 70 idle? Or 28 high and leave the idle at 74?
I have 25, 28, 74 and 76 bleeds to start with.

put it on the car and run it awhile. if you haven't run it and felt how it performs there's no way to know what it wants. innernetinjunegspurtz don't know either.
