New Holley carbs

Postby Chevelle1969 » Sun Apr 11, 2021 4:15 pm

New to this forum.
Bought two new Holleys for my BBC’s, both 454’s.
One 3310 and one 950 street hp.
Should I use them as is or lower the ifr before I use them?
Any other things you recomend before I use them? Plan to take them apart so theres nothing strange inside.

I am not an expert by any means but when I lowered the IFR on my last Quick Fuel, it started noticeable better and faster, so I would move them if you already have it apart.

Some of the Holleys still have lowered idle feeds, some don't. If you want to be able to make adjustments later it's not a bad idea to do it while you have it apart.

Link to relocate.
