Metering block database?

What say we start a stickie to collect metering block specs by stamped number?
Holley has changed their part numbering system from the old 4 digits so now its impossible to decipher what they are.
I would like to see it sorted by block number and include orifice sizes and other data that can be measured for quick reference.

I don't mind compiling the data, but i only have a small collection of blocks.
I'll make up a form and post for anyone that wants to contribute.
