Quick Fuel SS-780-VS emulsion question

My primary and secondary metering blocks have three emulsions. The pictures that I have seen on the internet show the middle primary emulsion blocked. Should I also block the middle emulsion on the secondary metering block?

I am trying to richen up the spread of my lean spike in my air fuel ratio during wot acceleration. Rich then lean and then back to rich.

I'd be tweeking the vacuum pot before messing with emulsions. It sounds like its lagging the primaries.

Just remember if it goes too rich, enough to cause a misfire, it will show a lean spike on the O2 sensors.
