Downleg Annular

Re: Downleg Annular

Hello again
Thank you for taking the time.
I did exactly the same thing, but it just went down without splitting.
Did not dare to tighten harder was afraid it would be deformed.
Will see if I can find other spacers for the vice that are different.

You could also use the same principle, but instead of tapping, use a threaded puller.

Hello
I give up.
I do not get them apart, have tried several different variants.
Now they can lie on the shelf.
I continue and follow the thread.

Hello
I have not tried that.
I can make a hole in something else and mount the booster in so that it sits firmly without squeezing the insert and support for the leg.
I follow with interest your other threads about booster signal etc.

Hello again
Made a holder and an anvil for the booster.
Drilling and assembly remain.

Hello
I have a ProSystem 950HP with venom metering block.
Common downleg stepped booster.
I have changed the throttle shaft to 100% 1 to 1 ratio.
IFR in the lower position etc.

Hello
It's a sbc 383 with a World Motown 2 block.
And a Edelbrok 435 horsepower top end kit.
TH350 stal speed ca 2400 and Jaguar rear axle 3.07.
Weighs about 960kg with me inside and full tank.
I do not have access to a dyno.
I just have a feeling that 12 small holes should be better than a big one in a booster.
