Hot/cold method didn’t work. Being aluminum the temperatures equalized quickly. Pressed them in with a spacer in a small vice. Takes more effort with the last step to be pressed in then it snaps into place. I did notice after the point of no return with the first two there is a small dimple on the outer edge of the exposed top. I assumed this lined up with the booster leg centerline so that’s what I did for the last two.
Installation end (leg) threaded easy enough with 5/16-32 die.
