Rochester 2 Jet rebuild, tune

I am trying to freshen and tune a set of four Rochester 2 jet carburetors on an Offenhuaser intake for a friend. I'm well versed and experienced with modular type carburetors (Holley, etc) but not with these. I need some guidance in freshening these and going through them and tuning them. Two of them have part numbers on the sides of the bowls but the other two don't. I would appreciate any help you can offer.
