Carburetors are designed to have the main jet to be the limiting factor for metering volume of fuel. When you get above 100 Holley jet and no longer makes a difference, try removing the jets. If makes no difference, then you might consider enlarging the angle and booster sizeing. Not much room to play with. Too large of size may reduce velocity.
