HOLLEY HP 80514 1000 cfm

I have come across a Braswell HP 4150 carb with annular boosters (boosters have a .550 I.D. with 12 holes). It has a 1.59 venturi and a 1 11/16 base plate. I would like to set it up like a 1000cfm Holley # 80514.
Searching through the forums i found some calibrations. What do you guys think of the below calibration?
I am going to install a 1 3/4 base plate. Not sure if i should order throttle plates with a .090 hole or no hole.
.037 ifr
.070 iab
.026 mab
88 main jets with no PV
metering blocks are holley # 34R1535B with .031, .031, .030, .029 emulsion package. I was thinking of blocking #2 and #4 and using either .026 or .028 emulsion package in #1 and #3.
angle channels are .150. And kill bleed is .028
This will be used on a drag race only application. 400 cu. in., 7500rpm, 700hp in a 3000 lb car
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated
