Holley vented float bowl weird one

Appears to be a vented front bowl at first glance, except the inlet is on the front drivers side if it is a front.
If it is a rear it is normal, except a bowl with vents in the rear?
What application

Is this bowl threaded inlet drivers side and threaded passenger side . If so ,then this is an early ford holley, inlet came in drivers side and outlet passenger side with tube to rear fuel bowl.

No exit on passenger side. I found out it is from a 67-69 vette tripower 435 or400 Hp set up
