Racing Fuel Systems

I'm planning on switching to 100LL fuel from 110 Cam2. Should a jet change be done to be safe?
433 BBC, 12:1, 9375 Dominator with 93 mj, timing at 35

You should be fine as is. Avgas is very close to a 110 fuel.
