383 1968 Camaro carb recommendation

So I am currently looking for a carburetor then we'll be going on a customer car. The specifications are as follows.
1968 Camaro
700 r4 transmission with 373 gear and a 3000 + torque converter
383 cubic inches, 9.5:1 compression, 230/238 duration hydraulic roller cam, 200cc darts cylinder heads.

I have been recommended a 750 CFM mechanical secondary from a few builders. At first I was concerned with the drivability of a mechanical secondary on an overdrive automatic transmission, but have been told that with my gearing and torque converter it will work.

An additional hurdle that I've been trying to overcome, is the use of a choke, most builders do not and will not build a carburetor with one. This is fine for most situations, I am just afraid that his car will not start in his unheated garage when it is 45 or below outside. This is a 100% streetcar.

Thanks guys let me know what you think.

I have used Woodruff Carburetor restorations on Ohio for performance carbs with chokes. Good people to deal wih including restoring original finish to carburetors.

Cool thank you.
I will contact woodruff through Facebook. What is up with all of these carburetor builders not having a working webpage
