I have always used the Holley accelerator pump chart when tuning pump shots. It is not very clear at the lower end which has more lift. Yesterday I was fooling with pump cams and lined up about five cams in Holley order from the pink upward. I pinned the number one hole with a snug fitting drill shank. Then I lined them up on a round rod the same diameter as the throttle shaft [a ball point pen].
This showed a very clear view of the different profiles. This gave me a much better way to make choice for my selection. Hope this help somebody.
