Jet extensions on a truck pull dominator 2.190" bore

Rebuilding a Pro systems 3 circuit dominator. 2.190" bore, 1.960" venturii. High RPM small BBC engine. Ran good as is.

It has jet extensions. The ones that the jet screws into. I wonder if they are a enough restriction to just leave them off on a track pull engine/ 101 jet size. Not seeing the G force like a drag car would.

Floats. Is there any difference between brass and the black nytril? ones? Any reason not to use brass if don't need extension clearance notches on the back bowl?

No, don't need them for TruckPulling, I prefer the brass float, no particular reason.
