For some reason this site has gone for months without being repaired.
Here is a work around that will enable you to post
Options Upload attachment
Disable BBCode
Disable smilies
x Do not automatically parse URLs
Attach a signature (signatures can be altered via the UCP)
Notify me when a reply is posted
You need to put a check mark at---- Do not automatically parse URLs
