Racing Fuel Systems

I'm think about bidding on a vacuum system for dust collection, its rated at 1100cfm @ 4", I think thats freeflow thru 4" ducting.
Do you think it'll be enough to test a carburetor? I'm more interested in the idle ckt and part throttle with blades just cracked open.
