Think this is the primary block I'll use - originally from a 4777-7. Some many years ago I pulled the tubes out and then sometime between then and now, the tubes teleported themselves into a parallel universe. Gone. So, Delrin plugs to replace them and use a conventional emulsion setup. Plugs are .251" on the lower OD, .284" on the upper. They're a pretty good press fit but there's also a #10-32 hole in the top and when a brass setscrew gets installed they swell up (threaded holes in Delrin are a pretty good amount undersize what they'd be in metal) and lock in place, ain't no way they're coming out.
