It seem to respond better after I increased the IFR, and went to a smaller IAB.

But at the track. It was hesitating, and didn't want to idle right. Down the track it didn't seem clean.

Swapped on my buddies carb, and the car picked up nearly a .15.

So I got the metering blocks off it, pulled out all the bleeds, and idle screws. One of the idle screws has some gunk on it. So I have the metering blocks soaking in gasoline right now.

Going to make sure everything is clean and correct. Hopefully its that gunk that was causing it to act up.

Thanks

I think my bog may be caused from not enough t-slot exposure. I pulled the carb all apart to clean it, but I didn't note where the throttle blades were in position to the t-slot. I did go in and position both throttle valves so just the square of the t-slot is showing. Fire it up on the car and its idling at 2000 rpms. I had to back the idle off a full turn to get it to idle at the 1300-1400 rpms that I like.

I put my buddies apd 1050 on there and revs clean and it idles with the correct t-slot exposure.

So that would indicate a vacuum leak in the carb right? I have noticed that there seems to be some play in the throttle shafts, which I suspected is the cause. Plausible cause?

I have a 1050 body I may swap everything over to, Also considering ordering one of those BLP bodies.

Thanks in advance.
